Hi, The booklet says to do exercise after breakfast — but I have to get up early for work usually 5am but sometimes earlier so I literally get up, get ready and go straight there.

I think what you suggest makes sense — the idea is that after breakfast you should be active ie doing some moderate exercise but it sounds like you are already up and moving about. However, do you drive to work? If so, can you park 10 minutes away so that you walk to work? Okay to do in the summer I guess?
